European Human Rights Law

European Human Rights Law, published in 1990, was the first attempt at introducing American law students to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, a court that has been remarkably successful in developing and applying a law of human rights that is, in many ways, parallel to the constitutional protections established in the United States.
