"Working With Men's Groups" have been developed as a tool for those who lead groups of men. Each exercise, while involving diverse activities surrounding a variety of issues, follows a structured pattern to verify trainers with step-by-step instructions for creating successful workshops. Originally developed out of personal and professional experiences, this book helps leaders of men's groups focus their participants on the pains, joys, and confusion of being a man in today's society. As rules shift and change, many men find themselves without the anchors that once stabilized them. The exercises in this book do not provide new anchors, and instead they serve as buoys markers to help us chart a new course.
