Yaklennium

The Yak, the reading mascot for the nationally syndicated Yak's Corner kids' newspaper, calls the Yaklennium time to reflect on the past and look into the future. Kids will find out what's ahead for the environment, schools, space travel and more in the new millennium. We asked kids to share their hopes and dreams, and we made time for lots of millennium activities, from keeping a journal to planning party. Come along with the Yak -- the new millennium will be a blast.
