This study guide provides a format for church elders (or pastors and elders/deacons) to study what Scripture reveals about eldership and discuss the major ideas found in Biblical Eldership: An Urgent call to Restore Biblical Church Leadership in a more practical way. Specifically, this study guide has four purposes: To equip men to defend and accurately articulate what biblical eldership is To help elders evaluate their work and character To motivate elders to improve their skills and effectiveness as a body of shepherds.
