Photography at the Worcester Art Museum: Keeping Shadows

In 1904, the Worcester Art Museum became the first museum in the United States to exhibit photography as fine art. One hundred years later, the Museum is celebrating by hosting an exhibition of its finest photographs. This lavishly illustrated publication highlights the outstanding permanent collection of 4,000 photographs that includes seminal works by Margaret Bourke-White, Josef Sudek, Alfred Stieglitz, Dorothea Lange, and Ansel Adams.
