Description:

Graduation To Glory, was written by Fern Hill, the mother of Timothy Hill who was killed at age 13 while riding his bicycle to school at Riverhead, New York, May 11, 1972.

Timothy Hill was an industrious young Christian. He maintained three paper routes: one early morning route, and two evening routes. Also, each afternoon after school he rode his bicycle to a farm two miles from home and worked two or three hours. He also did chores at home. He was an active and highly honored Boy Scout. He taught a Bible class of four and five year old children twice a week. He was a member of the National Junior Honor Society at his school. He received many other honors and achieved many high goals for such a young man.

One of the fond hopes which Timothy had was the establishment of a Boys' Ranch in his area for homeless boys. The book his mother has written about him can make that Boys' Ranch possible. The proceeds from the book will be used to build that home for homeless boys.

This is a great book. It not only tells an interesting and touching story, but contains a world of practical suggestions about life, the way children should be trained, the way families should love and live together, and the way both children and adults should overcome self and live for the highest values.
