Soul Musings is a collection of stories, experiences, and insights that inspired and moved me. Each experience gave me the opportunity to see life in a new way, to find a nugget of spiritual insight that changed the way I looked at the world.\nA musing is defined as a product of contemplation—a reflection, an inspiration. In our fast-paced world, sometimes it is important to stop and ponder the situations and experiences life presents to us. There is often a valuable revelation just waiting to be discovered.\nMy intention is that the insights and reflections in Soul Musings spark a fresh idea or provoke a question that shifts your thinking. Use the affirmations at the end of each essay to reframe limited thoughts. Use the journaling exercises to unearth buried dreams and inspire creative juices. Randomly select an essay as a morning practice to expand your spiritual awakening.
