The slug manual: The rise and fall of criticism
Description:
From Preface: 'The Slug Manual is a collection of some of the slugs I received while working in the Northwest. These slugs have often been a part of people's lives for years. As you read them, you might see some that at one time have hurt you, but that you have now learned to laugh at. They have been compiled into this book to give you a chance to put criticisms where they belong. The temptation is to give them back to the owners, but the best option is burial. This book contains most of the major slug categories, but you will immediately think of your own. We have not discussed, in the interest of space and time, home-baked slugs, quickie slugs, nosey slugs, therapy slugs, tell-trail slugs, insatiable slugs, little nippers or boomerangs...."
