This book collects the larger part of Anthony Barnett's published translations, here revised and corrected, done over the years between the writing of his own poetry and prose. Among them is a closely annotated version of Akutagawa Ryūnosuke's A Fool's Life, works by Anne-Marie Albiach, Alain Delahaye, Roger Giroux, Louis-René Des Forêtes, a complete version of Pär Lagerkvist's Evening Land, and selections from Tarjei Vesaas and Andrea Zanzotto. His other books include ANTONYMS & OTHERS (2012), with critical essays, and a new collected, POEMS & (2012), both published by Allardyce, Barnett, Publishers.
