This COLLECTED POEMS brings between a single set of covers all the work that the author wishes to preserve and also includes some recent unpublished work, which shows that his talent remains undimmed. The book covers 40 years of Lee Harwood's writing, and demonstrates a consistency in the author's fusing of a peculiarly English sensibility with more international styles of writing than have been the norm in recent times in the UK.
