Microbiology Techniques

The purpose of Microbiology Techniques is to introduce the beginning student to the fascinating field of microbiology. The approach is to provide a single exercise illustrating the basic tools of the microbiologist. Each exercise is described in a simple manner with line drawings where experience has shown problems to exist. Most of the exercises are within the range of most beginning microbiology students but a few do require a little more background.
