An in-depth study of the five coinages from Alexander's Macedonian mints. The book is divided into two main sections. Part I dealing with Amphipolis Silver of Alexander III and Philip II, while part II concentrates on Alexander's lifetime gold. Both parts provide thorough evalution of the coins along with commentaries and summaries. The book is also filled with a number of tables, figures,appendice, indices and black and white plates.
