Journey Out of Chaos

The difficult decision to seek psychotherapy led Sr. Clare, a religious woman, through a 3-yr journey as a nonresident client at the House of Affirmation in Whitinsville MA. She came to therapy feeling fearful and depressed. With the help of her therapist, she journeyed into her past, touching and dealing with the repressed wounds and scars of life. The therapeutic process gradually led her out of her inner chaos to the experiential discovery of her center -- of the heart of her being -- God.
