The Earliest Printed Laws of Delaware 1704-1741

One of the Colony Laws of North America Series, this volume deals with the early laws of Delaware between 1704-1741. Following an introductory notes section by the editor, John D. Cushing, are facsimile pages of early printed Delaware laws including: 'The Charter of Privileges, Granted by William Penn, to the Inhabitants of Pennsylvania and Territories', and 'Laws of the Government of New-Castle, Kent and Sussex Upon Delaware'.
