Johari demonstrates the entire intonation cycle to be practiced with chakra meditation in a manner that enables the student to follow with ease. While Chakras (the book) gives phonetic keys for intoning the bija sound, the tape, used in conjunction with the book, provides the authentic sound for mastering the correct method for meditation.
