This new edition of the book first published in 1989 has been completely revised and updated to reflect the latest medical and legal developments. In addition, it now includes more than two dozen problems for those who prefer to teach using the "problem method." Adams, Closen, Leonard, Jarvis, and Bobinski, five recognized AIDS law experts who collectively have nearly 80 years of teaching experience and have published more than a dozen books, have co-authored this Third Edition. Carrying on the tradition of its predecessor editions, this book offers skillfully edited cases, extensive notes, and coverage of a wide array of topics, from torts and crimes, to family law and estate planning.
