It can happen to anybody

Within a matter of days after being baptized in the Holy Spirit, Russell Bixler began to realize that miracles would sometimes happen if he merely came around. People would ask leading questions about God. Strangers in need of prayer would appear spontaneously. A despondent Christian would be laughing after he had been there. Healings would take place almost behind his back! In every case the Holy Spirit was doing the work. Russell hesitated to tell of his involvement in these supernatural events, but God told him to relate boldly all stories in which He has acted. They glorify His name and His power.
