In consequence, this revision retains tha analytical framework of the first edition, while expanding to cover and comment upon the impact of the latest court decisions and legislation. we hope this book will be used as widely by savings and loan associations and credit unions as by commercial banks, given the new expansion of commercial banking power to thrift institutions.
