The Peck family is poor--in fact, they all live in a one-room house. But Mr. Peck is a great carpenter, and he begins to build onto the house so everyone can have their very own spot, including an office, bedrooms, card room, guest rooms, and many more. until one day, they realize the house rambles on for miles.
