This is the latest book by Humberto Nagera to review psychoanalytic thinking about a particular theory or group of concepts. Nagera's interest in defining psychoanalytic issues, stimulated during the last decade as chairman of the Hamstead Child-Therapy Clinic'€™s Clinical Concept Group, continues in this exploration into obsessional neurosis.
