The Cross: The Touchstone of Faith

Faith must obviously have something solid to rest on, and God, in His mercy, provides this foundation. He gave His son to die on the cross, and then raised Him from the dead so we would have life so we can count our blessings and weaknesses, so divisions from other believers might be healed. Through Christ the vital work of bringing others into light can be accomplished, preventing Satan from hindering the unity and effective witness of Christians throughout the world.
