After Rabin: New Art from Israel

This catalog was published in conjunction with a 1998-99 exhibition of the same name at the Jewish Museum of New York, organized to mark the 50th anniversary of the birth of Israel. The introduction and two contributed essays discuss art in Israel today, in particular a change in culture that is particularly evident since the death of Prime Minister Rabin in 1995.
