Never Trust a Man (A Play)

Comedy One Act / Betty overhears her mother phoning that George is going to give Rose a ring. Betty tells Sally, who secretly adores George and is heartbroken. Betty hints that George has trifled with the love of a sweet girl. Aunt Hattie and Lucretia add to the tale and shortly a lovely girl is reported to be dying all because of fickle George! Rose is stunned. Mother returns and explains it's a ring on the telephone that Rose is to get. (Cast: 6w.)
