Principles of Victory: Great Themes from Romans

The remarkable American evangelist, Charles G. Finney, published more sermons on the book of Romans than on any other book of Scripture. They were, in effect, the backbone of his powerful teachings. However, they have never before appeared in one volume.

This book is a collection of fifteen of them, covering selected texts from Romans 1:18 through 14:23, and edited for the modern reader through updating of both grammar and language. Many of these sermons have been out of print and unavailable to modern readers until Rev. Parkhurst very ably made this compilation.

To read Finney's sermons is to re-live, in some small way, the experience of the multitudes who were swayed by his inspired and compelling eloquence.
