America: The landscape below

New England in the fall, New York City at night, California on a summer's afternoon - here are aerial photographs that encapsulate some of the loveliest images of the USA. Particularly impressive are the superb shots of those world-famous panoramas; the Grand Canyon, Yosemite National Park, the Alaskan fjords and the Smoky Mountains - all familiar, but each slightly altered when seen from above. Yet this photographic collection also includes less well known views of America. In all, America -The Landscape Below is a truly beautiful book. But then it had to be, because this is a beautiful land - especially from above.
