Martyn Turner is political cartoonist for the Irish Times. This is a collection of his political cartoons from 1998 to 2000. It catches him railing at the usual suspects and some new ones - financial scandals in the Republic, the break up of the peace process in the North and the advent of Blairism in Britain. Side diversions include Clinton's underwear, Kosovo, Belgrade, famines and wars in Africa - and a few other matters that nowadays pass for what we call civilization.
