Queen Victoria is very ill: A memoir

The author begins her story when she had reached the age of three. She recounts her first car ride, her recollections of family relationships, Christmas parties and hay parties in summer. There are extracts from her brother's letters written whilst serving at the Front during the First World War, and nail-biting descriptions of her attempts to enter Oxford University. Finally, there are the glories of Oxford itself once she achieved her ambition.
