Design of Compilers Techniques of Programming Language Translation (Software Engineering)

This text is modularized to deal with the pedagogical complexity of compiling. Principles are stressed whenever possible with many many examples to support and clarify these principles. The standard phases of a compiler are discussed: lexical and syntax analysis are discussed from a compiler generator point of view.
