Introduction to Roman Law: In Twelve Academical Lectures

These lectures were read to students of Yale, and were part of a course at Harvard. The intent was to initiate students into the mysteries of Roman Law, to diffuse a just idea of its preciseness of definition, and to broaden the foundation of legal study.
