History of Chinese Camp, Cultural Resources Inventory

Founded during the Gold Rush days, Chinese Camp flourished as a trading community for the miners in the Tuolumne County area of California. This book historically chronicles the immigrant population of Chinese miners and businessmen that lived here. Photographs of the remaining buildings are witness to the rugged life carved out by these men in the pursuit of their dreams.
