(If you haven't heard him, by the way, YOU HAVE GOT TO!) This book takes the lyrics of a song Tommy wrote for his home church in LA and expands them, line by line, with his insights and with thoughts and stories from regular folk who have been touched by this deceptively simple song. The stories are powerful, and Tommy's thoughts are right on target. This book will leave you with a better understanding of a God who is not some far-away, distant God, but one who comes close, knows your name, and hears you when you call.
