Handbook on Problem-Based Learning

Problem-based learning (PBL) is the strategy being implemented in curriculum reform in the health sciences these days. This selection of 42 reprinted and original articles defines this learning philosophy and discusses major issues, measurement of PBL outcomes, and, with most concentration, the effects of PBL on libraries.
