Coastal Fishes of South-Eastern Australia

A reference for fishermen, divers, students, and scientists, identifying almost all the known fish species from the coastal waters of eastern Australia, ranging from northern New South Wales to western Victoria. It comprises 142 families and 855 species, all illustrated with at least one color photograph and most photographed in their natural environment. Scientific keys are provided down to the family level, and a pictorial key to the families is also provided. Each level of classification has an introduction, and each species has a general description, followed by information on distribution, habitat, interesting behavior, and size.
