Hardcover book with green, black and white dust jacket. Author, John M. Huels, O.S.M, J.C.D. Total 355 pages. The Franciscan Herald Press, 1986. Printed in the USA. The book itself is nice with a strong and tight spine. The previous owner stamped neatly his name on the front and back pages of the book. There is an embossed stamp (like a notary stamp size) on the inside title page of the book. The imperfection of the entire book is the dust jacket. There are several water marks on the inside of the dust jacket that does not show on the book nor on the outside of the jacket. The jacket has some rubbing along the opening of the book which detracts from the deep green jacket revealing white rub marks and also on the back of the dust jacket, there are several rubbed white spots near the opening of the book. Again, the book it self would be like new if it were not for the previous owner's stamped name on the front and back pages and the embossed stamp on the title page. This is a nice book and has no other markings inside the book, all pages are intact, spine is tight. A Canon Law Handbook for Catholic Ministry. This is a great used book to have on hand and very informative of many things all in one book. There are only a few of these books available (used) and the costs of those are much higher. We have discounted this book because of the dust jacket mainly and the previous owner's name in the book. These imperfections in no way damage the information, the text and the very good condition of the book itself. Priced to sell and will not last long!
