Collaborative Leadership and Shared Decision Making: Teachers, Principals, and University Professors

This book represents the culmination of the authors' collaborative action research project between their university and five volunteer schools. It presents what was learned about setting up a shared leadership system in which the participants may have quite different goals and expectations.
