Teaching for Thinking: Theory, Strategies, and Activities for the Classroom

This is about the importance of thinking capabilities and the ways they may be promoted in the curriculum. The original theoretical conceptualization of thinking as one of the primary aims of education offered by Louis Raths, the distinguished educator and theorist, is presented and supported with research carried out in classrooms ranging from the primary grades to the university.
