Sounds of the Eternal: A Celtic Psalter

In his most recent book, "Echo of the Soul", popular author Philip Newell explored what it meant to be made in the image of God. The Hebrew scriptures and Celtic Christianity alike rejoiced that our physical selves bear the marks of the Creator whereas the Western church has tended to define humanness by its tendency to sin. This beautiful book, illustrated with Jewish manuscript throughout helps us to reclaim a lost heritage and teaches us to recognize the widsom, strength, love and presence of God through each other.
