Five Religions in the Twentieth Century

The five religions chosen for study are Hinduism, Judaism, Christianity, Islam and Sikhism. Scriptures, worship and festivals are examined separately and in relation to one another. Although designed primarily for student use, it is equally full of interest for the general reader. Dr. Cole's excellent commentary with its thematic approach, gives a vivid impression of the strength of these faiths at the present time in the world.
