The Epistles of John

A verse-by-verse study of the Epistles of John, which was written in large measure to help the faithful resist the subtle temptation to conform the Gospel to current fashions of thought, with the danger of creating another Gospel as transient as those fashions themselves. The materialism of our current climate is different from the gnostic elitism john attacked, but the lessons from his defense of the Gospel are what we need today.
