This history is an exploration and reconstruction of historical Boston. The introduction presents the original settlers: Myles Standish, William Blackstone, Winthrop's company, and the original layout, geographical divisions and buildings of Boston. The remaining chapters focus on different neighborhoods, divisions and people important to the development of Boston.
