The Fasting Story

Compiled and published in 1953. Gradually many receptive people have been guided to acknowledge the tremendous therapeutic value of fasting in all cases of sickness. Fasting is the oldest therapy known, having been used thousands of years. In this compilation much of the material used is from the authors Herbert M. Shelton, Arnold DeVries, Mrs. Grace Hopkins, and The American Vegetarian. This is the only book giving day by day case histories of two fasting patients on forty day fasts: fasts to completion including blood pressure, temperature and pulse.
