John Bosco: Champion for Youth (Saints and Me!)
Description:
This kind and cheerful priest worked with wayward boys and gave them a sense of purpose and hope. John Bosco treated the boys with respect and taught them right from wrong. He founded the Salesians (for the education of boys) in 1859. He is the patron saint of young boys, Catholic publishers, and laborers. January 31st is his feast day.
