The RAF in Camera, 1946-1995

The RAF in Camera 1946-1995 is the third volume in a series which will bring a representative selection of these two collections to the attention of a wider audience. Many of the photographs are published here for the first time and give the reader a fascinating kaleidoscope of images depicting the vast range of operations in which the RAF was involved from the end of the Second World War right up to the Gulf War. Included are the Berlin Airlift, the 'bush' wars in Kenya, Malaya and Indonesia, atom-bomb tests in Australia and the Pacific, the Korean, Falklands and Gulf Wars, and the Suez and Cyprus crises.
