Dope Opera

Stan Garland, redundant art teacher, martial arts student and alternative Private Eye, is hired by Captain Midnight to find a folk singer who, seems to have vanished. As a sort of Buddhist, Garland feels an obligation to help his fellow human being. He is also in need of the £250 that the good captain is offering up front. As Lao Tzu said a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step but he forgot to add, for Garland's sake, that if you step off in the wrong direction the journey turns out to be, a hell of a lot, longer and in Garland's case, seriously dangerous.
