The Ghost and Bertie Boggin

Bertie was the smallest Boggin in a house full of Bogginses. He was even smaller than Max, smaller than Elsie, smaller even than the dog, Tojo. Max & Elsie despised him, & if they ever agreed to play with him, Bertie was all too likely to end up as the Cannibal's dinner. So he was pleased when he found the Ghost in the coalshed, particularly when the Ghost promised to be his Best Friend
