Loring Trustees Handbook 2005 Edition
Description:
Rounds (law, Suffolk U.) is a member of the Massachusetts Bar, and so at least geographically an heir to Boston attorney Augustus Peabody Loring, who published his first edition of the Handbook in 1898. The 2005 edition incorporates Sections 1-69 of the Restatement (Third) of Trusts, dealing with the creation and interpretation of trusts, which were adopted and promulgated by the American Law Institute in May 2001. A section now contains an extensive discussion of the fiduciary issues associated with establishing and administering state pension funds. Other changes include 14 new sections, substantial additions to the text and footnotes, a larger format, and the continuing process of making the Handbook international and ahistorical.
