Secret Justice

Lieutenant Kent 'Rat' Rathman uses questionable means of persuasion to uncover information that leads to the capture of terrorist Wahamed Duar. Rat is arrested and put on trial for violating the Geneva Convention. As Rat goes on trial, so does Duar, the first major tribunal conducted by the military. But Duar has other plans.
