Karen Roberts has everything - wealth, beauty, the majority shareholding in a small but successful business, and friends. So why is someone trying to kill her, and why, as Karen feels the dark and menacing threat move increasingly closer, will nobody believe her? In her search for the truth Karen gradually begins to realise that without even meaning to, she has hurt some of the people closest to her.
