The Modern History of Kuwait

This book covers nearly two and a half centuries of Kuwaiti history. The first two centuries, namely the eighteenth and the nineteenth, represent, to a certain degree, the lesser known and sparsely documented portion of that history, while the years from 1900 to the present are either fully documented or well served in twentieth century writings.
