The Flower (Ecology Story Books)

This is an accessible series of young ecology books, introducing young children to wildlife in an urban environment. Each story tells of how the lives of plants and animals changes when human beings become involved. In "The Flower", two children plant a seed and watch it grow. They find out how to keep it healthy without the use of pesticides.
